Oxford St West Shopping (1 Km)
This shopping route takes you along a section of London’s famous Oxford Street offering three-quarters of a mile, (1Km), of things to buy. It has some of London's best-known departments stores such as John Lewis, House of Fraser, Debenhams, Selfridges and Mark and Spencer's - many of which have been on this street for over 60 years. This post shows you a hyper-lapse view of the western part of Oxford Street and then helps you know the area through maps, 360 VR views, facts and a photo gallery. Oxford Street does get very busy, so I always like to visit it in the early morning. There are only a few places to eat and drink along the route, so you may want to look for these down the side streets such as Duke Street or St Christopher's Place.
WEEKEND EARLY MORNING
Here are 6 ways to view the photo runs route ranging from seeing what the route looks like on a map, in 360, its sites or as if you were running it at speed.
There is also a detailed guided tour that looks at the area in Elizabethan times (1560), Victorian times (1850), and today.
Some of the longer videos have also been broken down into smaller Youtube videos to help you find the information you need more easily.
