This Photo run takes you into some the less well know areas that surround the West End entertainment district such as St Giles and the eastern side of Soho up to Tottenham Court Road. Many started life as places for the wealthy to live but in time went downhill and became notorious areas with poor living conditions and vice. Today they are renewed and safe but they still hold stories and character of their earlier days.
